The Scout Uniform is a blue shirt, Group necker in Royal Blue with the badge of St Paul about 1" (25mm) up from the point Scout Activity trousers and black shoes. Group membership badges will be given at investiture and badges will also be awarded for activities and challenges as the Scout progresses.
